ໃນ​ຕອນ​ບ່າຍ​ຂອງ​ມື້­ວານນີ້, ທີ່​ຫ້ອງ​ຮັບ­ແຂກ​ກະ­ຊວງ​ການຕ່າງ­ປະ­ເທດ, ທ່ານ ຫຽມ ພົມ​ມະຈັນ ລັດ­ຖະ­ມົນ­ຕີ​ຊ່ວຍ​ວ່າ­ການ​ກະຊວງ​ການ​ຕ່າງ­ປະ­ເທດໄດ້​ໃຫ້ກຽດ​ຕ້ອນ­ຮັບ​ການ​ ເຂົ້າ​ຢ້ຽມ​ ຂ່ຳນັບ ແລະຍື່ນ​ສານ​ແຕ່ງ­ຕັ້ງ​ຂອງທ່ານ ດຣ. ຫລິວ ຢຸງ​ກວາ (Liu Yunguo) ຜູ້­ຕາງ­ຫນ້າ​ອົງ­ການອະ­ນາ­ໄມ​ໂລກ (WHO) ຄົນໃຫມ່ໃນ​ຂະ­ນະ​ທີ່​ມາ​ດຳ­ລົງ​ຕຳແຫນ່ງ​ໃຫມ່​ຢູ່ ສປປ ລາວ.

Del Rosario) ລັດ­ຖະ­ມົນ­ຕີວ່າ­ການ​ກະ­ຊວງ​ການ​ຕ່າງ­ປະ­ເທດແຫ່ງ​ສາ­ທາ­ລະ­ນະ​ລັດ​ຟີ​ລິບ​ ປິນ ພ້ອມ​ດ້ວຍ​ຄະ­ນະເນື່ອງ​ໃນ​ໂອກາດ​ເດີນ­ທາງ​ມາ​ຢ້ຽມ­ຢາມ ສປປ ລາວ ໃນ​ວັນ​ທີ 6Œ7 ເມ­ສາ ເພື່ອ​ເປັນ​ການ​ສະ­ເຫນີ​ຕົວ​ໃນ​ໂອກາດ​ຂຶ້ນ​ຮັບ​ຕຳ­ແຫນ່ງ​ລັດ​ຖະ​ມົນຕີ​ ວ່າ­ການ​ກະ­ຊວງ​ການ​ຕ່າງ​ປະເທດ ແລະ ເພື່ອ​ເປັນ​ການ​ທົບທວນ, ຊຸກ­ຍູ້​ການ​ພົວ­ພັນ​ການ​ຮ່ວມມື​ລະ­ຫວ່າງ​ລາວŒຟິ​ລິບ​ປິນ​ໃຫ້​ສືບຕໍ່​ ຂະ­ຫຍາຍ­ຕົວ​ຕໍ່​ໄປ.

ການ​ເຈລະ­ຈາ​ສອງ​ຝ່າຍລະ­ຫວ່າງ ສປປ ລາວ ກັບ ສ.ເກົາຫລີ, ໃນ​ທີ່​ສຸດ​ກໍ່​ໄດ້​ມີ​ການ​ລົງນາມ​ສະ­ຫລຸບ​ຜົນ­ສຳ­ເລັດ​ການ​ເຈລະ​ຈາ​ສອງ​ ຝ່າຍ ​ພາຍ​ໃຕ້​ຂອບການ​ເຂົ້າ​ເປັນ​ສະ­ມາ­ຊິກ​ອົງ­ ການການ​ຄ້າ​ໂລກຂອງ ສປປ ລາວ, ພາຍ­ຫລັງ​ທີ່​ມີການ​ພົບ​ປະ​ເຈລະ­ຈາ​ຫລາຍ​ຄັ້ງຍືດ​ຍາວ​ມາ​ແຕ່​ປີ 2006.

ຫລັງຈາກສຳເລັດການພົບປະສອງຝ່າຍລະຫວ່າງ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ພັກແຮງງານເກົາຫລີໄດ້ມີການເຊັນຂໍ້ຕົກລົງກ່ຽວກັບການຮ່ວມ ມື ແລະ ແລກປ່ຽນຄະນະຜູ້ແທນລະຫວ່າງສອງພັກ ຫວັງເພີ່ມທະວີການຮ່ວມມືລະຫວ່າງສອງປະເທດໃນຕໍ່ຫນ້າ.

ລັດຖະບານແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ ແລະ ລັດຖະບານແຫ່ງມາເລເຊຍ ໄດ້ຮ່ວມລົງນາມໃນສັນຍາ ແລະ ບົດບັນທຶກຄວາມເຂົ້າໃຈໃນເອ ກະສານ 3 ສະບັບ ໂດຍປະກອບດ້ວຍການຮ່ວມມືກ່ຽວກັບອາກອນ, ການສຶກສາ ແລະ ວຽກງານທາງການກີລາ.

A Vientiane province's administration on 22 April organized a meeting to celebrate the 55th anniversary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Youth Union (LPRYU).

An annual meeting for 2010 between government, provincial governors and Vientiane mayor is held in Vientiane yesterday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh.

On 19 April, Mr. Lee Gua-tae, new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Laos, called on Mr. Bouasone Bouphavanh, Politburo member of the Lao People's Revolutionary party (LPRP) CC and Prime Minister of the Lao PDR.

During the reception, Mr. Bouasone Bouphavanh, welcomed Mr. Lee Gua tae's appointment as new ambassador to the Lao PDR.

National Assembly President Mr. Thongsing Thammavong yesterday received at his office new Chinese Ambassador to Laos, Ms. Bu Jiangua.

Mr. Thongsing Thammavong extended his warm welcome to the new ambassador and praised his appointment to the Lao PDR.

Vietnamese Communist Party leader Comrade Nong Duc Manh had separate meetings with leaders of the Lao national assembly, government and mass organisation in Vientiane on April 13, discussing measures to enhance bilateral ties.

Party Secretary General Choummaly Sayasone yesterday led government officials in celebrating the 55th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party at the National Culture Hall in Vientiane.

The Lao PDR divides the local administration into three levels: the provincial level ( Provinces and Capital city), the district level ( districts and municipal areas) and village level ( villages).

US Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kurt Campbell, on 11 March, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs in Vientiane. Mr. Thongloun Sisoulith warmly welcomed the visit of Mr. Kurt Campbell and described it an important contribution to further strengthening of the relations of friendship and co-operation between Laos and USA.
