ແຜນລັດຖະບານລາວ-ໄທທີ່ຢາກສ້າງຂົວສະເພາະລົດໄຟ ຂ້າມໄດ້ມີແນວຄິດລິເລີ່ມຫລັງເປີດນຳໃຊ້ລົດໄຟລະຫວ່າງລາວ-ໄທຂ້າມ ຂົວມິດຕະພາບ 1 ທີ່ບໍລິເວນເມືອງຫາດຊາຍຟອງ ນະຄອນຫລວງວຽງຈັນໄດ້ພຽງ 2 ປີ ຫລື ປະມານຕົ້ນປີ 2011 ເຫັນວ່າພົບຄວາມຫຍຸ້ງຍາກຫລາຍ ເຖິງແມ່ນວ່າຜ່ານມາ ການນຳໃຊ້ລົດໄຟທີ່ແລ່ນຕາມລາງກາງຂົວມິດຕະພາບ 1 ຈະມີພຽງ 2 ຖ້ຽວຕໍ່ມື້ກໍ່ຕາມ.
ທ່ານນາຍົກລັດຖະມົນຕີແຫ່ງ ສປປ ລາວ ເນັ້ນໃຫ້ກະຊວງສຶກສາທິການເອົາໃຈໃສ່ 8 ບັນຫາໃນວຽກງານການສຶກສາ ໂດຍຖືເອົາການພັດທະນາຄົນ ເປັນວຽກງານໃຈກາງ ແລະ ເປັນຫນ້າທີ່ຈຸດສຸມຂອງການພັດທະນາເສດຖະກິດ-ສັງຄົມແຕ່ນີ້ຫາ 2015 ໃຫ້ບັນລຸ 4 ບາດກ້າວບຸກທະລຸຕາມມະ ຕິຂອງພັກຄັ້ງທີ IX.
ມະຫະກຳທ່ອງທ່ຽວອະນຸ ພາກພື້ນແມ່ນ້ຳຂອງ 2011 ພາຍໃຕ້ຫົວຂໍ້ “ສ້າງຂົງເຂດອະນຸພາກພື້ນແມ່ນ້ຳຂອງໃຫ້ກາຍ ເປັນຈຸດຫມາຍປາຍທາງການ ທ່ອງທ່ຽວທີ່ໂດດເດັ່ນ” ຖືເປັນ ເຫດການສຳຄັນຂອງຂະແຫນ່ງ ທ່ອງທ່ຽວໃນຂົງເຂດ ໂດຍສະ ເພາະ ສປປ ລາວ ໃນຖານະເປັນ ເຈົ້າພາບ ເຊິ່ງຈະຊ່ວຍຍົກລະດັບ ການທ່ອງທ່ຽວໃຫ້ຂະຫຍາຍຕົວໄວຍິ່ງຂຶ້ນ.
ເສັ້ນທາງຫລວງແຫ່ງຊາດ 6A ແມ່ນເສັ້ນຫນຶ່ງທີ່ມີຄວາມສຳຄັນທາງຍຸດທະສາດຂອງຊາດເຊິ່ງຮັບໃຊ້ ແກ່ການພັດທະນາເສດຖະກິດ-ສັງຄົມ, ການຂົນສົ່ງ, ການຄ້າຂາຍ, ການລົງທຶນ ແລະວຽກງານປ້ອງກັນຊາດ-ປ້ອງກັນຄວາມສະຫງົບສ້າງຂຶ້ນໃນຊຸມປີ 1930 ໃຊ້ແຮງງານຄົນກໍ່ສ້າງເລີ່ມຈາກສາມແຍກຫ້ວຍໄຄຫາງລ້ອງເມືອງວຽງ ໄຊເຖິງບ້ານດ່ານເມືອງແອດມີຄວາມ ຍາວທັງຫມົດ 124 km. ປະຈຸບັນເສັ້ນທາງດັ່ງກ່າວ ກວ້າງ 3,5ແມັດ, ປູດ້ວຍຫີນ ແຮ່, ມີທາງໂຄ້ງທົບສອກຫລາຍຈຸດພົບຄວາມຫຍຸ້ງຍາກແກ່ການສັນຈອນໄປມາ ຈິ່ງດຳເນີນການກໍ່ ສ້າງຄືນໃຫມ່.
Vice President of the National Assembly, Mr. Saysomphone Phomvihane, has urged people and authorities in Parklai district, Sayaboury province, to speed up the restoration of basic infrastructure damaged in a storm which hit the province on April 28.
Mr. Saysomphone made the encouragement when he met local people and authorities at the Parklai District Administration Office on May 6. Also present at the event was Chief of Parklai district, Mr. Bouaphanh Makhaphon.
On the same day, Mr. Saysomphone, also presented a financial assistance worth 5 million kip to local authorities to support the restoration of a school in Ban Khonekaen and visited Phoudu border check point between Parklai district of Sayaboury and Ban Khok in Uttaradit, Thailand.
