Houay Namyen primary school, Nasaythong district, Vientiane, has been constructed with a financial grant of US$ 28,000 from the Boo Young Company.

The handover of the newly constructed school took place on April 20 with the participation of Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh and President of the Boo Young Company, Mr. Lee Joong Keun.

Huay Namyen primary school is the 300th school that has been constructed with financial assistance from the Boo Young Company, which is important for the education of children in Houay Namyen village, said Mr. Lee Joong Keun. We hope that local people and authorities will work together to protect and maintain the school as good as they can.

The Boo Young Company has allocated US$ 7.8 million to build 300 schools in Laos, said Minister to the Prime Minister Office, Mr. Cheuang Sombounkhanh.
